During school time if any student falls ill or for any other emergency, the parents can take their wards home provided. They have got the gate pass issued to them. The student in no case will be allowed to leave school without gate pass. That will have to be surrounded to the man on duty at the caretakers lodge at the gate of the school. Moreover, the parents will have to submit a passport sized photograph to the Adam Block for the purpose of collecting student from school. If the person other than the parents’ wishes to collect the child, he or she should produce an authority letter from the parents duly singed by them. Otherwise, he or she won’t be allowed to take the child home. Gate pass will be issued for emergency reason and not for petty matters.
